Josue, Luis and Alfredo were absolute professionals! We thought it was funny that they were wrapping some of the things they did, being a move into a first apartment from college basically, so there were no heirlooms in it by any means, but they did a great job and everything arrived just as it was when they packed it up! They were super helpful with moving everything up the tight stairway, and helped put the bed frame together. No hidden fees, no added fees, everything was just as they claimed at our first contract. I would highly recommend them for any move!

Moving from an apartment in Falls Church to a townhome in Reston could have been a logistical nightmare, but these guys made it look easy.A huge shoutout to my crew—JC, Clark, and Eric. Had a great experience with Mic’s Moving this weekend! The quote process was easy, communication was great, and the guys were fantastic. I got a text about 50 minutes before they arrived on moving day to give me a heads up and a call 15 minutes before they arrived (which was right at the beginning of the 30 minute arrival window given). Jose, Manuel, and Roberto were great! They were hard workers, friendly, and patient. They moved our two bedroom apartment to a location about 20 minutes away and everything came through without a scratch. Customer service was fantastic - I had regrets about the placement of a rug after a queen bed was assembled on top of it and the crew was gracious enough to move the entire setup a foot or so over without so much as a grumble. We were quoted 4.5 hours and the final timing came in at 4.75 hours, so it was spot on. This company was a little bit more expensive than some of the others I got quotes from, but I chose it because they had better reviews and I’m so glad I did. Highly recommend!

DC downtown is very difficult to have anything moved and they took care of the permits, signs and all the details. We couldn't have done it withouth them.

Happen to snow the morning of my move from MD to VA, but the 2 man crew was able to get the job done exactly within the estimated time frame and quote. Both guys did a great job at moving each piece carefully and securing them for transit. Anytime there was a question about a knick or cut I had caused they would make sure I knew before continuing, they are that professional. I cannot recommend them enough, every single person I have dealt with from here is top notch. No better movers in the DMV.

Fantastic job! We have a sleeper sofa that is super heavy and a staircase it needed to go up that was barely wide enough. I had many fragile items including a 75” TV that were moved without any issues at all from Virginia to Massachusetts. They picked up my items one day and delivered them before 9am the next. 10/10 would recommend to anyone. They were also the most cost effective options out of multiple quotes I received.

The best moving experience I’ve ever had. José and his crew were punctual, fast, and took great care protecting both my stuff and my home, wrapping everything in pads and handling it with care. They even brought their own door stops, laid down tarps, and took off their shoes on the carpet even though they didn’t have to! They were also all incredibly kind and friendly. Additionally, Mic’s quoted me about half of what another 5-star local mover did, gave me an incredible discount for being a repeat customer, and were incredibly transparent about pricing. I’d use them again in a heartbeat.

Jose and his crew went above and beyond with their efficiency, attention to detail, and relentlessness in making sure every single one of our items were taken care of. Jose ensured that we were completely satisfied with the final positioning of our furniture and offered to make any necessary adjustments prior to his team’s departure. We reached a point where we weren’t sure if our sectional wouldn’t make it into the house given its size, but Jose reassured me he would figure it out and he absolutely did in minutes. We have moved 5 times in the past 2 years, and I have never experienced this level of quality of service. Mic's loaded our pod when we moved out of DC. Overall, they were excellent. They were on time, very fast, and most importantly every single item made it almost 1000 miles across the country undamaged. Absolute masters with the shrinkwrap in particular.There were a few very minor hiccups - the crew almost left without putting the last two straps in the pod (which wasn't quite full) but I caught the oversight in time, and they took care of it even though they'd already turned off their clock. And I was charged a $100 fee for materials I didn't used by mistake, but I called them and they apologized and venmo'd it right back the next day.Something would have to go very wrong in my life for me to ever move back to DC, but if it somehow happens at least I'll know who to have help me with the move!
