I’ve moved across the country four times, and this was by far THE BEST experience, thanks to the Mic’s Movers team. Rob D. was amazing. He took my detailed moving video and turned it into an online inventory for me, then stayed in constant communication as the move approached. The pricing was competitive, transparent and all-in, so I never worried about surprise costs later. Then came our fantastic crew for the move from Rosslyn, VA to Kansas City, MO. Jose was our lead, with special thanks to Alfredo, Roberto and Chris. Jose and Alfredo also drove our belongings all the way to Kansas City. They were so kind, even unwrapping and setting up furniture we’d had shipped separately, and they hauled away our boxes along with their own packing materials. The pricing was great, but what truly made the difference was the people. When I move back to DC, I’ll 100% be calling Mic’s again.

Mic’s team was a pleasure to work with and took great care of all our belongings like they were their own. They were flexible and efficient and met all our needs and a few surprises with a can-do attitude. We loved supporting a small business who had good reviews and did not disappoint!

Mic's Moving did an outstanding job from start to finish, we used their company to remove and store furniture overnight that we needed removed from our property temporarily; from the initial quote the team was responsive, provided a detailed list of their plan and followed up to confirm all details; day-of the team was on time, professional and very efficient; the return of the furniture was also smooth and accurate in placement. Very happy overall.

Oscar, Roberto, and Brandon are truly amazing!! The morning of my move was one of the most stressful times I’ve had this past year, and they were the only way that day was successful. They are phenomenal at their jobs, were very careful and considerate with wrapping furniture + packing the truck, and were a pleasure to chat with during the move. Would highly recommend their services!

We've used Mic's Moving for our last four moves. Consider us faithful customers! Jose F and Josue were wonderful in our latest move. They were efficient and careful with all our small and large items. We also had a last minute piano that we needed help with. They were flexible with their timing to meet our needs and got the piano into its home safely!

Professional and kind people who made my moving process as smooth as could be, even with a few unexpected hurdles thanks to some outside factors like DC parking and my residential management. I was extremely impressed with how willing to adapt to the team was, and I could not be more grateful for both their efficiency and patience during the entirety of the job. These guys were pros - communicative and made clear what would be happening with the move and when during the leadup, worked quickly the day of, got everything out and into the new place with no incidents. No complaints - thanks, Oscar, Alex, and Roberto! The cost came out to $790 for a 3-hour move involving a lightly furnished 1-bedroom apartment's worth of furniture and kitchen tools, DC to Silver Spring - we'd originally planned for a 4-hour move to be safe but got done much faster than that. (Note - this was without packing or junk removal, so YMMV.)
