My Mic’s team thoroughly impressed me, way beyond expectations: absolute friendly pros from start to finish, who reassured me at every step. (The gentlemen assisting with my move were Josue, Luis, and Takyai.) I saved some boxes of extra-fragile/ important/ expensive items to move myself, after the guys left, just so that if anything broke, it would be my fault. But when I saw the care these three took with each and every item of mine, I asked that they please take it all, including my expensive, fragile items. I was so tired, and I remember saying “wow, trust is an amazing thing lol.” And it is. Especially during events like moves. And I trusted these guys completely. They even put my rugs down first upon request. Mic’s excellence is based on experience. The real-human emails and communication, calls, etc., are major perks, too. Long story short, trust Mic’s, and as they say, “sit back and relax” and let their pros (who come with EVERYTHING: tools, wrapping and blankets, dolleys, enclosed carts, etc) handle every detail.

We thought it was funny that they were wrapping some of the things they did, being a move into a first apartment from college basically, so there were no heirlooms in it by any means, but they did a great job and everything arrived just as it was when they packed it up! They were super helpful with moving everything up the tight stairway, and helped put the bed frame together. No hidden fees, no added fees, everything was just as they claimed at our first contract. I would highly recommend them for any move!

Had a great experience with Mic’s Moving this weekend! The quote process was easy, communication was great, and the guys were fantastic. I got a text about 50 minutes before they arrived on moving day to give me a heads up and a call 15 minutes before they arrived (which was right at the beginning of the 30 minute arrival window given). Jose, Manuel, and Roberto were great! They were hard workers, friendly, and patient. They moved our two bedroom apartment to a location about 20 minutes away and everything came through without a scratch. Customer service was fantastic - I had regrets about the placement of a rug after a queen bed was assembled on top of it and the crew was gracious enough to move the entire setup a foot or so over without so much as a grumble. We were quoted 4.5 hours and the final timing came in at 4.75 hours, so it was spot on. This company was a little bit more expensive than some of the others I got quotes from, but I chose it because they had better reviews and I’m so glad I did. Highly recommend!

Both guys did a great job at moving each piece carefully and securing them for transit. We reached a point where we weren’t sure if our sectional wouldn’t make it into the house given its size, but Jose reassured me he would figure it out and he absolutely did in minutes. We have moved 5 times in the past 2 years, and I have never experienced this level of quality of service. Mic’s is truly a great moving company that makes an extremely stressful and annoying experience a breeze. I look forward to working with them again in the future.
