He has a flawless record when it comes to delivering furniture damage free, and will loudly brag about this every morning at the truck spot. He is not afraid to call out anyone if they are not performing up to his high standard.
When the office crew is acting soft, Mike is quick to step in and let the boys know what needs to be done. He is our go to guy for many things, including training new guys and dismounting and mounting flat screen tv's to the wall.
